How Do I Change My Primary Blog After I’ve Changed to a Domain Name?

  Changing the domain name doesn’t affect your primary blog. The new domain name doesn’t show up in the drop-down list. Just use the old URL for that. But you can put the new one in under “Website” on your profile page, so the links you leave when you comment go to the new URL.
