how do i change my redirect options?

I am trying to redirect from my old site on http://www.ladybants.wordpress.com to my new site http://www.ladybants.com hosted on bluehost.
In the drop down menu options, there’s only http://www.ladybants.com and that’s the address i want to redirect TO.
How do i change this?

Hey there!
Sorry to see you leave WordPress.com! Have you already gone through this page?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/There’s a section in there about updating the redirect.
Please let me know if that helps!

hi, i am aware of this link. please is this the only way to redirect? must i pay for it?
thanks! -
Yes. Site redirects are a paid feature.
Have you looked through this information as well?
This guide will step you through the process of moving your site to a WordPress.org instance:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
As we only support sites hosted here at WordPress.com, all issues with the new site – including the importing of the file – must be taken to the WordPress.org support community:
If you’d like assistance moving your WordPress.com site to WordPress.org, we have a service called Guided Transfer that does all the work for you. Check it out to see if it’s right for you:

Thanks for clearing that up! i’m trying to make payment but my details keep getting declined. any idea how i can fix this?
-
Oh dear!
Please have a look through this page:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.
More about echecks here:

Hello, thanks for your replies so far! guided me right where i wanted to go.
so i finally paid and got my redirect up to the new sites. problem now is my old links don’t work anymore.
so links to posts i shared when i was still on wordpress.com dont work when they are clicked on.
how do i get them to redirect to their new location on my new domain?p.s. the url redirects when its typed in to the new domain. its just the direct links to individual posts that don’t work
-
Okay. Glad things are getting closer.
As mentioned at the bottom of http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/ – The site redirect upgrade will not work for URLs that do not have the same permalink structure as your posts on WordPress.com.
You can change the permalink at Settings -> Permalinks on the dashboard of your self-hosted site. Set it to ‘Day and name’ and the redirection will work.
