How do I change my site name?

Hello, back in 2012 I created an account and set up a blog site but never used it. I now want to start blogging but would like to change the name of my blog site, is it possible to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are referring the site address/URL, kindly check the link mihaiapetrei has provided.
Go to My Site → Domains and click on your .wordpress.com address. There, click on Edit Site Address, and you’ll be taken to your WP Admin dashboard.
Please note that it will depend on the availability of the new address you want for your site.
On another note, if by name you mean your blog title, you can access the settings option on the left-hand side of your WordPress.com dashboard, under the general tab, the very first option will allow you to update the site title and tagline. :)
