How do i change my site name to something else?

i haven’t blogged in a while and i want to start up again, but my site name is no longer relevant to the kind of site i want. it’s called “lucid resolutionary” but i want to change it. is this easy? and how might i do it?? thanks in advance!

If you just want to change the blog title, you can do that on your blog settings page. It is not possible to change the blog URL, but you can setup a new blog on your account and then move the posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags. You can use the “register another blog” link on the WordPress.com home page to create a new blog on your existing account.

Dashboard -> settings -> general
Both title & subtitle can be changed there.
