  Hello. Can anyone tell me how do i change my wordpress theme? Its been months and i dont know how to change it .. Please help me

  From your Dashboard, click the link that says “Themes” under the “Appearance” tab. This will show all the themes available and allow you to change your blog’s theme.

  And how can I change it to the other theme other then theme that provided by WordPress?

  The site linked to your name is not a WordPress.com blog. At wp.com, we have access only to the themes listed under appearance > themes. This information is in the sticky post at the top of the forums:
