How do I change my thumbnail photo to the photo I inserted into the blog?

  the thumbnail photo that is being displayed with my blog when I share it on facebook is my header photo, and I want it to be the photo I inserted into the blog. My posts used to always get posted on facebook with the photo I inserted into the blog, but for some reason, now it’s posting with my header photo.

  We have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
