How do I change my timezone?

I want to change my timezone because my blog posts aren’t posting the right date that it was posted. For example, I posted something on the 10th and it’s telling me it was posted on the 11th. I read through how to change it from the settings page but I don’t see an option that says timezone.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The default timezone is UTC time. You can confirm or reset your timezone here > Settings > General. There you select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu and then click “save changes”.
If you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog this is what you see here

Hi Emily!
You can change it from the classic dashboard. Go to Dashboard > WP Admin > Settings > General and there will be an option for Timezone in UTC.
