How do I change my URL

  I registered my account in a hurry under the title joewest31 on the understanding that I could change it and the URL at a later date. I have managed to change the title to knowledgetransfer-hw but I can’t find a way of changing the URL from http://joewest31.wordpress.com/ to http://knowledgetransfer-hw.wordpress.com/

  To change a blog URL ending in wordpress.com, please follow these steps. Another alternative is to purchase a custom domain name to take “wordpress” out of the domain altogether.
