How do I change my username?

My user name is currently jeffdrake-wp-admin which is what shows up on all my posts. I realize I have to create a new user with a new email in order to change it. It’s been so long, can you please tell me the steps to do this? Thanks, Jeff

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with DreamHost.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
