How do I change my username? I have followed the prompts that WordPress advised, however I am told that I do not have authority to access global dashboard. What do I do?

Hi there. Which prompts did you follow? As long as you’re logged in you should be able to change both your username and your display name by following the instructions found here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/
