How do I change my web address?

  I would like to change my web address from tabithatice.wordpress.com to something else dot wordpress dot com. Under account settings there is a ‘web address’ fill-in but whenever I change and save it, nothing happens.

  Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL, then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  That option will permanently disable the address and you will not be able to reuse it. Only select this option if you are sure you will not use the address again. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
