how do i change one url for another or do i have to ??

  i have a new domain name and i am using hostgator to host it how can i change the old wordpress name mindspeaks2 for the new one teeoffontheback9, (question) do i have to delete one for the other i am really confused, because i can’t seem to use the new one. please help this newbie really confused. thanks
