how do I change or remove the 'flash' box on the home page?

  I have a box on my home page called ‘Flash’. I can’t remember how to change the text in it, or remove it!

  You can change this at the bottom of your Theme Options page at ‘Appearance’ -> ‘Theme Options’ in your Dashboard.
