How do I change owner/administrator email address?

I need to change the email address for the blog, myhealthmybodymyvoice.wordpress.com. As administrator for two blogs, I can only access my Personal Profile for boxeldersandblackberries.wordpress.com. I do not need to change the email address for user sharkmill, who is also a user for myhealthmybodymyvoice. I can get the user list for myhealthmybodymyvoice, but editing the information for the user: smiller5steps, is not an option. Can you help me?

From what I can figure, you’re telling me that what I need to do is to transfer this blog (myhealthmybodymyvoice) to myself at a new email address and then delete the original me? WordPress will not take me to the settings for this blog–only my primary blog, boxeldersandblackberries, is available at my profile. I have no options for changing the user/owner in myhealthmybodymyvoice.
