How do I change owner/administrator email address?

  I’m sorry that this is a repeat. I posted without changing the URL for the blog I am asking about. This post references the correct URL.

  I need to change the email address for the blog, myhealthmybodymyvoice.wordpress.com. As administrator for two blogs, I can only access my Personal Profile for boxeldersandblackberries.wordpress.com. I do not need to change the email address for user sharkmill. I can get the user list for myhealthmybodymyvoice, but editing the information for the user: smiller5steps, is not an option. Can you help me?
