How do I change payment type when payment is set up through a former admin’s account?

Our annual account payment is currently set up through a former admin’s account. Their password is unknown so we are unable to access the payment method to update it. As current admin, how do I change the payment to a new cc?

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that your site is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your kelson2015 login.
