How do I change Previous Post and Next Post scroll buttons to be the post titles

  At the bottom of my post are two buttons <-Previous post and Next Post->
  I’ve seen some blogs that have instead of these generic names, the titles of their previous posts and next posts.

  How can I change this?

  I am using Yoko wordpress theme.

  Those links are different depending on the theme. How about giving Twenty Twelve a try? It looks a lot like Yoko and has the post titles linked like you are looking for:

  Okay thank you Dan, I’ll take a look at Twenty Twelve, hoping the colours are customizable for free. I was also wondering about Expound Theme. Do you know if this has the named versions of next and previous posts?
