How do I change selections in a drop down menu?

We offer classes that people can sign up for on our website. After they select a course they want to take, it sends them to a page similar to this:
There is a drop down menu with dates from 2020-2021. I am trying to change those dates to the ones corresponding with our calendar/event list here:
I appreciate any and all help! Thank you!

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
