How do I change "Sharing" settings?

    I need to find out how to change my Sharing settings for Facebook and LinkedIn, which are presently pointing to another blogger (Susannah Hay). I’ve cleared my cache, but I still can’t change the settings to my own information.

    This must have happened when Susannah set up this blog in her own WordPress account (www.susannahsjourney.com) for me and then transferred it to my account. Unfortunately, the blog retained her contact settings and gravatar, and I can’t get rid of them.
