How do I change site title color in the balloons theme?

    In the balloons theme, I am having trouble changing the site title color. When I go to colors and backgrounds, the top right color circle controls site title color. Though, when I change the color, the site title remains the default aqua/turquoise. How do I change the site title color? Thanks
