How do I change size of blog to fit three sizes?

    Hi guys, I’m pretty new, and techno-challenged, so sorry. Somehow I clicked on the icon that makes your blog look like it will on a tablet (there were all three icons). And my blog went smaller, cool. I left it that way, it’s still that way (on my computer), and I can’t find those three icons to make it fit the computer??? Where are those icons?
