how do I change subscription ownership

  I have taken over a village hall website and we need to renew membership. But it will not let me pay as I am not the subscription owner. And I cannot get help from a human as it’s not a supported website. Any ideas?

  You can follow this guide to transfer the site to you from the other account: https://wordpress.com/support/transfer-a-site/

  For the subscription itself, you can email us at help@wordpress.com. Though since it seems to be a paid subscription, the owner should be contacting us from their email, requesting a transfer from their account to yours, specifying your account’s username or email address.
