How do I change text colour?

My blog title, and other headings (ie.Categories) have become black and have merged into the black background. I can’t work out how to make text lighter so it can be read. I can change background colour, but not text.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I checked with our team, and here’s what’s happening:
Right now, you have the Pilcrow theme’s Dark color scheme selected. (That’s set by going to Appearance > Theme Options in your dashboard.) You also have some Custom Colors set up. (Those are set in the Customizer, by going to Appearance > Customize, in the Colors section.)
These settings don’t play well together, so your best option is to pick one or the other of these color settings. If you want to use just the Dark color scheme for your blog, you can go to the Customizer and under Colors click on “Default” to go back to the default Dark color scheme.
If you want to use Custom Colors, instead, you can go to Appearance > Theme Options and pick the Light color scheme. Then, you can set the Custom Colors you want in the Customizer. Any colors that aren’t included in the Colors section in the Customizer can also be adjusted using Custom CSS.
