How do i change the "about" area in delicacy theme??

I have changed from journalistic to delicacy theme. I would like to write something in “about area” ( the part in red) but i can not discover how to do it. Can you help me?? My blog is http://amorsexoemuitomais.wordpress.com/ and i am not good at internet… thank you.

You can try going to your Dashboard then clicking on pages. The About section might show up on there as a page (I’m viewing from an html version – or something weirder – so it’s hard to tell if it’s a page or not). You can click it and edit it however you want, just be sure to publish it afterwards!
