How do I change the "About" page?

  I want to change the “About” page: http://teresagubbins.wordpress.com/about/

  (I’m sure this is a wordpress 101 question which I’d rather pose to someone with WordPress rather than bother “the community” but unfortunately WordPress is foisting my question on the Community. sorry)
