How do I change the admin picture (NOT my gravatar) but the pic on each blog?

How do I change the picture next to my name (NOT my gravatar) but the picture that shows up as the admin (I think) next to each one of my blogs. I’ve been over this for hours and can’t find the solution.
I have multiple blogs and each has a pic associated with it that I can’t seem to change. It pops up in the menu of my blogs – I’m assuming they’re the admin’s pics? Nothing seems to work.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
