How do I change the auto "all caps" for article titles in my Oxygen theme?

  I’ve tried several solutions and cannot get the article titles to reflect regular capitalization (upper AND lower case). I’m using the latest version of Oxygen on my self-hosted wordpress site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
