How do I change the "bee's knees" sub headline?

  Cannot locate the area where I can change the sub headline.
  Right now, it reads “This WordPress.com site is the bee’s knees”
  How do I change this?

  If you are the Admin of the blog in question then you can go here > Settings > General and change the Tagline on the second line on that page and then click “save changes”.
