How do I change the blog my domain name (purchased) points to?

  I own the domain name clamor-journal.com, which currently points to clamor2012.wordpress.com. I want to update so that clamor-journal.com points instead to clamor2013.wordpress.com (a new blog that I’ve just created). I can’t figure out how to do this — can you please advise?
