How do I change the 'blurb' that appears on the top of the page?

  I want to re-write the ‘blurb’ about {orange trunk} on the main page, and I cannot find the outlet to do so! Where do I change this??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you mean?

  {orange trunk}

  If so it should be at

  Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Change Title or Tagline – remember to save changes (bottom of the page)
