How do I change the clock time on my blog

Each time I return to check my stats, the time has changed……I have changed to Chicago time twice and each time it is changed to something else when I return.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s strange. I’ve never had to set any of mine more than once. The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.
