Are you referring to the site https://whatsfabulex.wordpress.com/, with the Book Lite theme applied? If so, then on some themes it’s possible to change the color of the site title on a free account. That’s not the case with the Book Lite theme. It would require Custom CSS, which is included in the Premium and Business Plans.
If you already have Custom CSS, then I’d suggest that you either add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar at right here, or submit your request to the CSS Customization forum.

soloqueersoup – I see that you were able to select one of the featured colour palettes on queersoupmagazine.wordpress.com – if you need further help, could you please start a new thread and let us know the steps you’re taking to customize the colour scheme and where you’re getting stuck? Thanks.

nicolegriffin612 – Sela comes with six featured coloured palettes that you can choose by going into the Customizer‘s Colors & Backgrounds panel and clicking on “Palettes.”
To change elements more precisely, you’ll need Custom CSS, which is available with the Premium or Business plans.
