How do I change the colour of the menu bar on my site using css.

  I would like to change the colour of the banner (currently grey) containing the main page navigation items to #003399 – what css. do i need to add to do this? I was unable to find the item in inspect element.

  Hello @openpharmablog,
  Try this CSS to change th background color of the menubar:

  #main-navigation-wrap {
      background: #003399;
  }

  After changing the menu bar color, the texts are invisible because they are black and they are not contrasting enough for #003399, so to solve that use this CSS:

  .menu-item a {
      color: #ffffff !important;
  }
