How do I change the copy at the top my first page?

Hello community! I am learning how to blog! The top of my page says Falling Out: A Memoir but then I need to change what is says after that so I can begin blogging and I cannot figure it out!

That is the title of your site. To change the title and tagline in the header of your blog, go to “Settings > General” in your dashboard.
