How do I change the currency before purchasing a plan?

I would like to purchase a plan in Japanese Yen, but I’m only seeing prices in USD. I saw the prices in JPY when I was logged out, but after logging in it’s all in USD. I couldn’t find the option to change the currency and previous forums show that it’s something only WordPress support can do. Is this still the case, and if so, may someone change the currency for me please?
