How do I change the currency for purchases?

  Hello, I created this account while I was in India and also made several sites. I would like to upgrade to a personal premium plan, but all the rates are shown in Indian Rupees and there is an additional conversion charge when I try to pay. How can I convert it to USD? I even tried adding my US credit card to the billing methods, but it didn’t change anything.

  I have my currency in TL and I want it in Euro’s, how can I make that change?
