How do I change the description under the blog name

  I would like to edit the description under the blog name on all the pages. How to I make this change?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, Teacherabigail! I believe you are referring to editing the tagline. Simply access your blog’s dashboard and from the left-hand menu, select settings>general. You will see that you can edit your tagline from there!
  And voilà!!!
