How do I change the domain name database?

  I am using Godaddy as my domain host, I am trying to change the database name. We had to go through a restore from Godaddy and now the database name seems to be different then what you show. I need to link the two. Godaddy, says it is out of there hands now… Please help, I really have no idea what I’m doing with the web site, computer literate, but not web site savvy!

  It sounds like you’ve installed WordPress on your self-hosted site, nationalopticalonline.com.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
