How do I change the domain name of my blog URL on wordpress?

  Hi there,
  I hope you can help. I have been trying to figure out how to change the name of my blog.
  It originally was called http://www.nourishourbody.wordpress.com
  I have recently changed the name of my business. I now would like to have it called http://www.healthynourishedbody.wordpress.com but don’t know how to do it.
  Can you help?
