How do I change the domain name to my existing blog?

  I want to change my domain name, (NOT ADD a domain) without losing my existing page and without paying the $18 fee for ‘adding’ a domain. How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want whatever.com or .org or .me or whatever, you cannot escape paying for it.
