How do I change the domain name to purchased non-wordpress.com name?

  I’ve purchased a non-wordpress.com domain name, and I want to make my wordpress site address this damain name: iljl.wordpress.com — international-justice.com. I’ve already redirected the traffic, but I can’t figure out how to get the name changed on wordpress and now I’ve got traffic from iljl.wordpress.com redirected to an empty site. Please help!
