How do I change the file url to a pdf in the media library?

  I uploaded a pdf then sent a mass email with the link to it on my blog: http://oregonmod.files.wordpress.com/2011/06/2011-nomination-form.pdf

  Then we realized the fax number was incorrect. I deleted the file and re-uploaded it, but now the file url is: http://oregonmod.files.wordpress.com/2011/07/2011-nomination-form.pdf

  Can I change the file url so everyone clicking on the link in the email will still be able to access it?

  Unfortunately, that can’t be changed. The /07/ was added because the file was uploaded in July.
