  How do I change the format of my permalinks to not include the date?

  I’m afraid it isn’t possible to change your permalink structure on WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs using WordPress, available at http://wordpress.org/

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
