how do I change the format of permalinks?

  I’d like to format posts so that the end with the title of the post, but right now they end with like 2015/31/05/hello-world. I want to get rid of the date in the URL. How do I do that?

  Permalinks are not customizable on WordPress.com so you will have to live with the date in the url.
