How do I change the header text?

  The header text on my blog reads: transformative crossroads: creative initiations (blah, blah). when i go to the header settings there is no way for me to edit this text. i have searched through the dashboard and can’t figure out how to do it. clearly, i did it once, but can’t seem to figure out where to go. help!

  You can change your site’s title and tagline at Settings → General in your blog’s dashboard.
