How do I change the icon next to the address bar URL?

  I just want to put a custom icon next to the URL for when people are on my site. How can I do this?

  You can add a new favicon/Blavatar via your Settings -> General page by following this guide:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/avatars/blavatar/
