How do I change the image tied to my blog title?

On the top right of my window I see my name and an image of me that I uploaded for that, my gravitar image. That’s good. But on the left of my window is my blog title and it is a different, older image of me there. I can’t figure out how to change that image. Any help? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

An update: I only see those images because I’m logged into my account. When viewed by the public, the image I DON’T want is the one that shows up in the address bar of my browser, as well as in the browser’s tab for any page pulled up in my blog.
