How do I change the language of "Continue Reading" link ?

    Hi there, I am wondering if you can help me I have this blog I changed from English into Spanish but the “Continue reading” didn’t change plus is still saying “Posted By” I believe it should change to.
    If somebody can help me I will appreciate it.
