How do I change the "latest entries" title?

    Hi, I just started my blog with the sight theme, I know it is not working well yet (I’m about to activate this upgraded version so I can edit my header image and fonts). But for now I’d like to have all titles on my blog in Polish, instead of English. How do I edit “latest entries” title?

    ps. I also have the similar problem with editing the “blogroll” title. I’d like it to be named differently for example “Pola likes” or something like that. How han I do that? Anyone?
