How do I change the 'Leave comment' text at the bottom of each post?

  How do I change the ‘Leave comment’ text at the bottom of each post in the Traction theme? I have tried a couple of things:
  a. Going to Settings, discussion, changing the text in the box – this did nothing
  b. Changing the CSS – but I am not completely sure I was working on the right bit

  Please help!
